About us
Resource for Teacher is a unique initiative put forth by Disha Digital School, a pioneering online homeschool dedicated to serving the needs of children with autism and other special educational requirements. We at Disha Digital School understand that parents play a pivotal role in the development of children with special needs. It is with this insight that we launched our personalized education program (PEP) course.
Since our inception in 2018, we have been committed to providing a flexible learning environment through Disha Digital School, which has been successfully operating online. With us, there’s no rigid schedule; everything is tailored to fit the availability and convenience of parents. Our approach is collaborative: our teachers reach out to parents to evaluate the child’s abilities. Together, they formulate goals through detailed discussions.
Once these goals are set, we share tasks and educational content on our exclusive Facebook secret group specifically created for our school community. Parents are encouraged to teach their child utilizing the guidance and PDF materials we provide. They then share videos of their child’s progress in the group, where our team offers feedback and constructive comments.
Our PEP course enhances this process by providing physical materials and tailoring each child’s learning to their individual abilities and needs. The inclusivity of our school is reflected in our diverse student community, with enrollment from all across the country. Disha Digital School is proud to currently cater to a growing number of 150 students nationwide, strengthening our commitment to delivering quality education and support to children with special needs wherever they may be.
